Let this be the year you meditate consistently.

Hi my friend,

Okay this is the only "resolution-y" type goal I can get behind:

Let this be the year you meditate.

Not because it’s trendy.
Not because it’s something to achieve or abandon by February.
But because meditation offers something far deeper than most goals ever could.

Unlike goals rooted in striving to fix or change something about ourselves, meditation invites you into a gentler way of being—with yourself, your thoughts, your life.

It asks you to become a loving witness to your own experience.

To soften the inner critic.

To be kind to your mind.

To return, again and again, to the truth that you are already enough.

What if this year wasn’t about fixing or forcing—but about remembering?

Let meditation anchor you—not only in this new beginning, but through the unfolding of the year—with more calm in your body, compassion in your heart, and awareness in your life.

Here are three ways to begin a consistent practice (with ease and compassion):

  1. Start small. Like really small. Let three minutes be enough. Try this short 3 minute guided meditation for anxiety relief here.

  2. Let your life become the practice. Breathe deeply at a red light. Watch the clouds drift. Feel the ground beneath your feet. Walk slowly and just observe your thoughts. Informal meditation is just as powerful as the formal kind.

  3. Don’t meditate alone. Join us for the Free 30-Day Meditation Challenge. You’ll be held in community, supported with gentle guidance, and reminded that while your journey is personal, you can feel connected and held accountable.

You are not here to hustle your way into peace.

You are here to remember it already lives within you.

We begin January 19th. I hope you'll join us. 🙏

Remember, you are here to be held, supported and guided.

The 30 Day Meditation Challenge begins January 19th.

From my heart to yours,
thank you for being here
