My friend,
Do you:
Feel called to share meditations of your own but are afraid you won’t know what to say?
Want to be featured on platforms like InsightTimer or start your own meditation podcast?
Want to add a new skill set to your role as a meditation teacher, therapist, counselor, or dietician?
Want to create an additional income stream using meditation?
Fear you don’t have the right voice for leading meditations?
Question if people will understand the message you are trying to share?
Get overwhelmed thinking about the technology needed to record meditations?
If you identify with any of the above, keep reading. 👇
After practicing yoga, meditation, and mindfulness for 15+ years and completing my 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training, my world was flipped upside down by the global pandemic.
During that time, I felt called to deepen my meditation practice and find new ways to help myself, my family, my friends, and my community heal using meditation.
The thing is, there wasn’t an exact blueprint for how to turn my passion for meditation into a skill set I could share with other people. Sure, there were other meditation teacher trainings available, but they took years to complete and cost thousands of dollars. Ugh.
So, I started learning on my own and making a LOT of mistakes along the way. I had to learn about pacing, structure, preparation, theming, equipment, and the list goes on and on…
Since studying, observing, and learning from some of the greatest meditation guides, I have now led hundreds of meditations for individuals, businesses, and organizations. My guided meditations have been played thousands of times on InsightTimer and my podcast, The Inward Journey, and I’ve earned a living leading meditation and mindfulness over the last couple of years.
I’ve created a blueprint so YOU don’t have to go through the same difficult journey I did to become a meditation guide.
I want to teach you in 3 months what has taken me over 3 years to learn.
I want to share with you all the tips on how to find your voice, create a meditation, navigate technology, get your meditations heard by thousands of people, and create your own meditation business (if you feel called)!
Through the Inward Journey Meditation School, I will guide you how to get to a space where you:
Are filled with confidence that your message will be heard and understood when you lead a meditation.
Develop your own voice and unique style of leading meditation that feels authentic and natural.
Never run out of ideas on meditation topics and know how to adapt depending on your audience.
Have a consistent meditation practice of your own that fuels your ability to lead others.
Understand how to share powerful messages that leave a lasting impact on your clients and community.
Uncover how to share your meditations with thousands of people across the globe.
Discover new ways to earn an income and build a business by sharing meditation and mindfulness with others.
But here’s the thing. These skills can only take you so far.
You can only take others as far as you are willing to go.
Guiding and teaching meditation and mindfulness to others requires us to go on the inward journey to a deeper understanding of ourselves.
You have this calling for a reason. Answer it.
Let’s go on this inward journey together, as a community.
The world needs your magic and your guidance.
My friend, I have designed this Meditation Teacher Training to help you deepen your personal practice, expand your knowledge about meditation, feel confident in leading others, and create your own meditation business!
I hope you’ll join me. 🙏
