Hi, I’m Eileen Rose Miles!

I’m so happy YOU ARE here.

I will be with you through this entire journey of self-discovery. First, let me take you through my own journey of self-discovery and how I ended up here as an Intuitive Meditation Guide.

My Story

I was only twelve when I began struggling with how I felt about my body. It was the first time I believed something was “wrong” with me because of how I looked. That pain, though difficult, started my path of healing. Yoga and meditation provided a safe space in which I could meet myself with compassion and, ultimately, led me on the most important journey of all: the journey inward. Now, I see myself in a new light. I’m able to catch negative self-talk, and I know my body is the least interesting thing about me. I’ve learned to notice my inner critic and, instead, connect with my inner friend.

Today, I’m an Intuitive Meditation Guide on the leading meditation app, Insight Timer, and a 500-hour registered yoga instructor. Born and raised in Michigan, I spent three years traveling across the U.S. in a converted van with my husband and our Australian Shepherd before settling into a tiny home. Those adventures taught me that home isn’t just a place — it’s the peace we carry within. A calm, grounded, and steady state is always accessible.

Now, my greatest passion is helping others discover that same inner peace and acceptance through meditation. And beyond that, through my Virtual Meditation Teacher Training, I’m dedicated to creating more Intuitive Meditation Guides by supporting people like you with finding their voice, trusting their presence, and confidently sharing meditation with others.

Rooted in Family

For three years, my husband, our dog Sadie, and I lived life on the road in a camper van, traveling across the entire United States and visiting every state except Hawaii (!!) The experience was more than just many, many miles on the road...it was a profound journey of presence, adaptability, and self-trust. I discovered that freedom isn’t about what we own but how we live. And most importantly, I realized that I can do anything I set my heart to. We even lived in Alaska for an entire summer and winter. We made so many memories, and I got to meet parts of myself that I didn't know existed.

Now, we are in Northern Michigan, living in our tiny home closer to family and friends, yet we still carrying the same spirit of adventure with us. The lessons I learned on the road continue to shape the way I guide others — embracing simplicity, building trust, and connecting with what truly matters. I’ve learned that having less often allows us to do more. I've learned that your greatest supporter must be you. If you believe in yourself, you've already set yourself up for success.

Growing Through Practice

My 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at The Space in Brighton, MI changed my life. It showed me that yoga is more than movement — it’s a practice of self-study, healing, and awakening. I also completed Ashley Turner’s 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Yoga Psychology, where I explored mindfulness and the inner work that supports true transformation. These practices now form the foundation of everything I offer by helping you connect with yourself and, through that, with others.

Everything I do is about connection — with yourself, with your mind and body, and with the people whose hearts you touch. It's a priority of mine to have deep conversations with you, powerful heart-to-heart talks, and guide you toward healing your relationship with your mind. My hope is to help you find your voice, trust your intuition, and step into the life you’re here to live. And beyond that, I’m deeply passionate about creating more Intuitive Meditation Guides — supporting people like you to confidently share meditation and mindfulness with others through my Meditation Teacher Training.

I've learned we need less, to do more.

What It Means to Be

an Intuitive meditation guide

Being an Intuitive Meditation Guide means leading others in meditation by tuning into your own awareness, presence, and inner guidance rather than relying solely on scripts, formulas, or rules.

For me, this way of leading didn’t happen overnight — it grew from years of deepening my own meditation practice, listening to my inner voice, and learning to trust the subtle messages that arise in each moment. This is where the magic happens: When we fully embody presence, we become a vessel that shares exactly the message someone needs in that moment.

You don’t need to be perfect — you just need to be present. It’s not about teaching what we think is right, but about allowing the meditation to emerge naturally, holding space, and guiding from intuition and heart.
