This is not about learning more—it’s about remembering who you are when you lead from the heart.
My Story with Sedona, AZ
It’s more than just a beautiful place to visit
Sedona is a place that has shaped some of the deepest openings in my own journey.
It’s where I first experienced breathwork, cold plunges and the profoundly healing energy of the red rocks… an energy that feels like it meets you exactly where you are and gently brings you back to yourself.
In December 2022, I sat with my journal at a coffee shop in Sedona and wrote about who I am and the career I’ve created as a meditation guide. I remember feeling something shift in me and like I was finally giving language to something I had always known.
Sedona has always been the place that helps me exhale.
There is something about the land here and the stillness between the rocks and the way it all feels both grounding and expansive. I naturally feel a release here. You don’t have to try to slow down here. Your body remembers how.
Even if Sedona is new to you, it has a way of meeting you as if you’ve been here before. It invites presence. It invites truth. It invites authenticity.
It is the perfect setting to return inward—away from noise, roles, and expectations—and remember what is already alive within you.
You are an Intuitive Meditation Guide and the world needs your magic, your light, your voice.

Not Included
Transportation/Airfare - We recommend flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) and renting a car for the drive to Sedona (approximately 2 hours).
Transportation is not included in the retreat. We encourage participants to coordinate with one another ahead of time to carpool or share rental cars when possible—this can be a great way to save on costs and begin connecting before the retreat begins.
Once registered, you’ll receive access to a private group space where you can easily coordinate flights, carpools, and shared transportation with fellow attendees.
You can only take others as far as you are willing to go yourself.
Guiding and teaching meditation and mindfulness to others begins with returning to yourself—again and again.
This retreat is about reigniting what was awakened in you during MTT. The clarity, the presence, the deep remembering of who you are when you’re connected to your practice and your truth.
You didn’t lose it. It’s still here.
This is your invitation to come back together as a community and to feel what it was like at the end of your training, when something in you opened, softened, and said yes to this path.
Let’s gather in real life, not on screens, and reconnect with that version of you.
The one who felt aligned, alive, and deeply certain of why this work matters.
The world still needs what you carry within your heart.
