What will you do with the last month of the year?

Hi my friend,

Is it just me, or did we blink and suddenly find ourselves in the final chapter of the year?

There’s something sacred about this stretch of time — not just the holidays, but the quiet invitation that comes with approaching a new year.

The invitation to pause. To reflect. To be in awe of how far you’ve come.

Not for what you’ve accomplished on paper… but for how you've stayed, softened, endured all the things and shown up in ways that no one else may even know.

You have done enough this year.

Read that again.

You don’t need to sprint to the finish line.

You don’t need to prove anything.

You are allowed to let go of the pressure.

You are allowed to feel proud of who you are, not just what you've done.

One of my favorite mantras for this season is:

There is no rush. I am right on time.

Let that be your reminder every time the world tries to speed you up.
Let it settle into your body like a deep exhale.
Let it carry you gently through the rest of this year.

This month, choose presence over perfection.
Less rushing, more noticing.
Less performing, more being.
Less noise, more meaning.

You don’t have to do more.
You just have to be here — and that is more than enough.

here's to the end of the year + to all that is on it's way

Journal Prompts FOR the last month of the year 📓

  • What am I proud of myself for this year, even if no one else saw it?

  • What can I gently release so I don’t carry it into the new year?

  • How have I grown in ways I couldn’t have planned?
