Payment Options
To reserve a space in the Meditation Teacher Training Alumni Retreat, a $500 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required at the time of registration.
The remaining retreat balance may be paid through Square using one of the following payment options:
Pay in Full
6-Month Payment Plan
3-Month Payment Plan
Payment plans will be processed automatically through Square using the payment method provided at checkout.
Payment Policy
The $500 deposit secures your space and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
By selecting a payment plan, the Retreat Guest agrees to complete all scheduled payments according to the selected payment plan.
If a scheduled payment is declined or missed, the Retreat Organizer will notify the Retreat Guest. Payment must be brought current within 7 calendar days of notification. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the Retreat Guest's reservation, and any payments made, including the deposit, will be forfeited.
Full payment must be received before the retreat begins. The Retreat Organizer reserves the right to cancel a reservation if the balance has not been paid in full by the final payment due date.
Declined Payments & Late Payments
If a scheduled payment is declined, the Retreat Organizer will notify the Retreat Guest. Payment must be brought current within 7 calendar days of notification by updating the payment method or submitting payment through another approved method.
If payment is not received within 7 calendar days, the Retreat Organizer reserves the right to:
Charge a $25 late payment fee for each missed payment.
Suspend the Retreat Guest's reservation until the account is brought current.
Cancel the Retreat Guest's reservation if payment remains outstanding, in which case all payments made, including the $500 non-refundable deposit, will be forfeited.
The Retreat Guest is responsible for any additional processing or returned payment fees incurred due to declined or failed transactions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
If the Retreat Guest cancels more than 90 days before the retreat start date, all payments made excluding the $500 non-refundable deposit will be refunded.
If the Retreat Guest cancels 90 days or less before the retreat start date, no refunds will be issued, including the deposit and any additional payments made.
This cancellation policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to illness, injury, family emergency, work obligations, travel delays, airline cancellations, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. For this reason, travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
If the retreat is canceled by the Retreat Organizer, all retreat payments, including the $500 deposit, will be refunded. The Retreat Organizer is not responsible for reimbursing airfare, transportation, travel insurance, lodging outside of the retreat, or any other travel-related expenses incurred by the Retreat Guest.
